Lounge area with comfortable three seater sofa, two armchairs, flat screen satellite freeview TV and DVD player. A log burner stove effect electric fire for instant warmth. Fully central heated and laminate floor.

Dining area with table and chairs,
Kitchen with Gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, crockery and pans, dishwasher. Washing machine in separate outside cupboard.
